The 234 drive-up sites at the Flamingo Campground offer an unforgettable year-round experience on a beautiful open field with a refreshing breeze fueled by the winds of the Florida Bay. The campgrounds feature solar-heated showers, two dump stations, picnic tables, grills and an amphitheater for winter programs.
The 41 sites at the T Loop campground are available to RVs only and include pull-through parking spaces and have electrical hookups. These campsites require reservations.
Reservations during peak season (December – April) are highly recommended and can be made online or they can be made by calling 877-444-6777.
Only a few miles from the Anhinga Trail at Royal Palm, adjacent to the Long Pine Key Trail and encompassing a pleasant fishing pond, the Lone Pine Key Campground provides all the essentials required for getting yourself in tune with nature. Amenities include restrooms, showers, a dump station and fresh water fill-ups.
Flamingo visitors are delighted by the exotic wildlife and bird watching, world-class fishing, abundance of hiking trails as well as a variety of concession operated services, such as boat slips and launch ramps, houseboat rentals, boat tours and a Marina Store.
Boat rentals include single kayaks, double kayaks, and canoes; but if guests have their own equipment they are more than welcome to launch from the same docks. Spend the day with family and friends out on the pristine waters of the Everglades and experience the ample up-close-and-personal encounters with unique South-Floridian marine life.
Visit the National Park Service page for more information regarding permitted tour guides.
The marina store is undergoing clean-up and restoration. Please check back for updates.
